What exactly is Il Raviolo?

Il Raviolo creates intimate experiences designed to help people slow down, meet new people and enjoy beautiful spaces through food, conversation and thoughtful hosting.

Are these cooking classes?

Not exactly.

Some experiences involve making pasta together, others may center around dining, conversation or different themes. The pasta is often part of the experience, but never the whole point.

Do I need to know how to cook?

Not at all.

Our experiences are designed for complete beginners as well as food lovers and experienced home cooks.

Can I buy pasta without attending an event?

Yes.

We also offer handmade pasta inspired by Southern Italian traditions and produced in small batches.

How long can I keep fresh pasta?

Refrigerator:
Fresh pasta should be consumed within 2 days of purchase and kept refrigerated at all times. Avoid repeated temperature changes or leaving the pasta out of the fridge for extended periods.

Freezer:
Fresh pasta can be frozen for up to 1 week for best quality. When freezing, make sure the pasta pieces are not touching each other, to prevent them from sticking together. Once frozen, they can be transferred into a container or freezer bag.

Cooking from frozen:
Do not defrost the pasta before cooking. Simply directly from the freezer into and cook as normal.

How many people attend each event?

We intentionally keep numbers small to create a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

Most gatherings host between 10 and 25 guests , depending on the venue and experience.

Will I come alone?

Many guests come by themselves.

Il Raviolo is designed to make it easier to meet new people in a natural and comfortable way.

Is there a dress code?

No formal dress code.

Most guests enjoy making an occasion of it and appreciate beautiful spaces, thoughtful details and dressing for the experience — but come as you feel more comfortable.

Where do events take place?

Every event takes place in a different setting across London.

From studios and galleries to hidden spaces and beautiful venues, each location is chosen to complement the experience.

Are vegetarian options available?

Many experiences and pasta products include vegetarian options.

Specific dietary information will always be provided before booking.

Can I book private events?

Yes.

We welcome inquiries for private gatherings, celebrations and collaborations.

How can I hear about upcoming experiences?

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ilraviolo.co.uk and any purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our ravioli and other food products are handmade. As a result, the appearance, size, and weight may vary slightly. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised or products become unavailable.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is prepared. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable goods where required.

7. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts, soy, and others. Please read product information carefully before ordering. If you have severe allergies, contact us before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, branding, and logos, remains the property of Raviolo unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our handmade food products, we cannot accept returns of food once it has been delivered.

However, if:

your order is incorrect,
arrives damaged,
is missing items, or
does not meet acceptable quality standards,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

a replacement,
store credit, or
a full or partial refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Delivery Policy

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery areas and availability are shown during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or courier delays.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.
If nobody is available to receive your order, the courier may leave it in a safe place if instructed or attempt redelivery according to their policy.
Once perishable products have been delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographs where applicable.
